The location of the hotel is fantastic, being really close to the main Market Square. It is also situated in a picturesque garden area, which adds to its charm. The rooms have high ceilings, which create a spacious and comfortable atmosphere. The staff is helpful and accommodating, assisting guests with arranging trips to nearby attractions such as the salt mines and Auschwitz. The breakfast selection is good, with a variety of options available.
One negative aspect to consider is that some rooms may face a busy street, which could result in occasional noise disturbances.
